Job Summary:

Production Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Production Supervision:

• Oversee the smooth execution of all

  production activities

  across different sections of the transformer manufacturing plant.
• Ensure adherence to

  production schedules

Planning & Scheduling:

• Develop and implement effective production plans to meet project deadlines and customer demands.
• Organize and allocate resources efficiently to optimize productivity.

Main Assembly Line Management:

• Manage the

  Main Assembly Line

  operations, including

  CA (Core Assembly), CCA (Core Coil Assembly), Tanking, and Dispatch

  processes.
• Monitor and improve operational efficiency, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum throughput.

Cost Optimization:

• Identify areas for

  cost reduction

  within all plant operations without compromising on quality.
• Implement cost-effective manufacturing practices and resource optimization strategies.

Manufacturing Process Handling:

• Oversee all manufacturing processes, ensuring they are carried out according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Implement process improvements to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.

Inventory Control:

• Manage

  inventory control

  processes, ensuring optimal stock levels of raw materials, components, and finished goods.
• Minimize inventory holding costs while preventing material shortages.

Quality & Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with
