Job Description

HR Executive - Educate, train, monitor, problem-solve, and ensure company HR policy is followed across all employees, managers, and executives. Additional HR Executive responsibilities include directing and overseeing the hiring, training, and dismissal processes and administering and monitoring benefit programs. Responsible to reach the company objectives Responsible to handle day to day HR operational works Assist the HR Manager in executing the HR operations. Assist the Talent Acquisition team in recruitment coordination. Core skill required: 4+ years experience in HR Operations in IT software company Experience in handling attendance, leaves, Understand the need for training and Organisation development and make a good assessment and carry out the same. Experience in recruitment, onboarding and induction coordination Manage the HR master data and ensure it is updated regularly. Have experience in Insurance processes. Be able to initiate employee engagement activities. Assist in the exit process. Understanding of statutory compliance Primary Skills 4+ years experience in HR Operations in IT software company Experience in handling attendance, leaves, Experience in recruitment, onboarding and induction coordination Understand performance management and work with the HRM to execute the Appraisal process. Understand the need for training and Organisation development and make a good assessment and carry out the same. Work on the payroll with the HRM. Manage the HR master data and ensure it is updated regularly. Have experience in Insurance processes. Be able to initiate employee engagement activities. Assist in the exit process. Should have knowledge in compensation structure Good to have experience in writing the process document Good to have experience in handling statutory compliance Desired Skills Experience in IT product based company Experience in middle size company ( size would be between 50-200) Knowledge on Labour laws/ acts Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Experience: HR operations: 4 years (Required) Human resources management: 4 years (Required) Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka (Required) Work Location: In person
