About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment, managing employee documentation, and maintaining accurate HR records to support smooth organizational functioning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding).
• Maintain employee files and documentation as per HR policies.
• Prepare, update, and manage HR-related documentation and reports.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth HR operations.
• Assist in policy implementation and HR compliance requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment and HR operations preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools.
