HR Executive

Adicode Technologies is a fast-growing IT company building innovative digital products and solutions. With new offices in Zirakpur and Mohali, we are scaling our team and culture. We’re looking for an HR Executive who can take ownership of people operations and help us build a motivated, efficient, and happy workplace. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Hiring • Manage the end-to-end hiring process: posting jobs, shortlisting resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding. • Build a pipeline of candidates for technical, creative, and operational roles. • Negotiate salaries within approved budget ranges. Onboarding & Administration • Prepare offer letters, contracts, and maintain employee records. • Conduct orientation for new employees. • Hire and supervise support staff such as the receptionist/office admin. Employee Management • Track attendance, leaves, and punctuality. • Handle day-to-day employee queries. • Plan small engagement activities to boost morale and team spirit. Policies & Compliance • Draft and implement HR policies (leave policy, work hours, code of conduct). • Ensure adherence to company rules and legal requirements. Performance & Culture • Coordinate performance reviews and probation confirmations. • Assist management in building a positive, transparent, and collaborative culture. Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in HR/recruitment (startup experience preferred). Strong knowledge of hiring processes, documentation, and basic compliance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Organized, proactive, and capable of working independently. Ability to balance recruitment, admin, and employee engagement.
