We are expanding rapidly and looking for a young, energetic HR & Admin Associate to help us scale our team and manage day-to-day office operations. This is the perfect role for someone who wants to start their career in HR & administration and grow with the company. Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Hiring Post job openings on portals like Apna, Internshala, LinkedIn, etc. Manage incoming resumes and maintain candidate database (Google Sheets). Conduct initial screening calls (salary expectation, commute, notice period). Share shortlisted candidates with management for final interviews. HR Operations Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and basic HR documents. Assist in onboarding new hires (offer letters, joining formalities). Support team with day-to-day HR queries. Admin & Coordination Manage office supplies, stationery, and vendor coordination. Help schedule meetings, interviews, and client calls. Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the office. Requirements Strong communication skills in Hindi & English. Basic knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel. Good phone etiquette and people skills. Must commute daily to CCC, VIP Road, Zirakpur (this is non-negotiable).
