Job Description

Manage and execute core HR functions including employee relations, onboarding, and performance management
Ensure smooth onboarding and induction processes for new hires to promote early engagement
Handle employee queries, grievances, and conflict resolution to maintain a positive work environment
Maintain and update employee records through Human Resources Information Software (HRIS)
Drive HR operational efficiency by implementing and managing HR policies and procedures
Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams on HR and operations-related projects
Provide excellent internal customer service and support to all departments
Lead and participate in key projects related to employee engagement, compliance, and operational improvements
Monitor and analyze HR metrics to inform decisions and improve workforce performance
