Job Title: HR Executive / HR Manager (3–5 Years Experience)

About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR professional with 3 to 5 years of experience who will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment and payroll management. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Manage and process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure timely staffing.
• Manage employee attendance, leaves, and related documentation.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain HR databases.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and resolve HR-related queries.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of HR experience, specifically in recruitment and payroll.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, payroll systems, and labor regulations.
• Proficient in MS Office and HR software/tools.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
