As an HR Coordinator, you will play a vital role in our team by managing the recruitment lifecycle, sourcing top talent, conducting interviews, and ensuring a seamless hiring process. You will collaborate with senior HR professionals to perform various tasks and coordinate activities effectively. Your responsibilities will include sourcing candidates through job boards, social media platforms, networking, and employee referrals. You will conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to evaluate candidate skills and qualifications. Furthermore, you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling interviews with hiring managers to ensure a smooth interview process. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Previous experience as a recruiter, talent acquisition specialist, or in a similar role will be advantageous. Familiarity with different recruiting platforms and utilizing social media for candidate sourcing will be beneficial for this position. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule.
