Job Description

Job Title: HR & Compliance Coordinator – US Staffing Operations

Location: Pune (onsite)

Experience: 1-3 Years

Timing: 7pm - 4am (Monday - Friday)



Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding & Offboarding Support:

  • Assist in the end-to-end onboarding and offboarding of US-based employees and contractors. Ensure completion of documentation, background checks, system access, and exit formalities in a timely and compliant manner.
  • Background Verification Coordination:

  • Work closely with background verification vendors and internal teams to ensure all screenings are completed accurately and within timelines.
  • Compliance Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records. Ensure all compliance-related documents (e.g., I-9, E-Verify, client-specific forms) are completed and stored per organizational and legal standards.
  • MSP & Client Portal Management:

  • Navigate and maintain documentation via various MSP portals (e.g., Fieldglass, Beeline), ensuring timely submission and status tracking of onboarding and compliance workflows.
  • SOP & Process Documentation:

  • Support the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for key HR, onboarding, and compliance workflows.
  • Federal & Client-Specific Compliance:

  • Apply understanding of US federal employment regulations and client-specific guidelines to ensure process adherence across onboarding and documentation.
  • Asset Return Tracking:

  • Maintain trackers and coordinate return confirmations for client-issued equipment and assets as part of the offboarding process.
  • Client & Vendor Coordination:

  • Act as a point of contact for day-to-day communication with clients, vendors, and candidates regarding compliance, onboarding status, and documentation queries.
  • Audit Readiness Support:

  • Prepare and organize compliance records and documentation to support internal and client audits.


Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in

    US Staffing Operations, HR Coordination, or Compliance Support

  • Hands-on experience with

    MSP portals

    (e.g., Beeline, Fieldglass, Coupa) is

    required

  • Working knowledge of

    US federal employment regulations

    (I-9, E-Verify, contractor compliance, etc.)
  • Experience preparing and maintaining

    SOPs or process documentation

  • Familiarity with

    background check portals

    and onboarding processes
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in

    Microsoft Excel
