We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes for our IT department, ensuring the acquisition of top talent to drive our company’s technological initiatives forward. As IT Recruiter, you will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Additionally, you will play a key role in building and maintaining relationships with candidates, external vendors, and other stakeholders.
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies tailored to each position.
Source, screen, and interview candidates using a variety of methods such as job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
Evaluate candidates’ skills, qualifications, and cultural fit to make informed hiring recommendations to the hiring managers.
Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
