Job Description

We are looking for an HR-Operations Manager to execute all functions of HR for us. The responsibilities include recruitment, performance management, learning and development, employee engagement, implementing and ensuring adherence to policies and implementing and managing internal HR systems. 1) IT Recruitment: Manage a team of recruiters to hire IT freshers and experienced candidates to meet the business requirements. Implement processes to find the resource requirements, plan and strategize the recruitment. 2) Performance Management: Define and follow through on the performance of employees. Review and manage their productivity, periodically, and set processes for performance feedback. 3) Learning & Development: Strategize and Plan for the L&D of all team members, inline with the business needs, including Induction, Freshers Training, On-boarding into projects, Process Trainings and continuous training. Measure the effectiveness of training progress and monitor team members' performance. 4) Employee engagement: Focus on team needs and growth to create a vibrant, productive work environment. 5) Policies: Implement and educate the stakeholders on organization policies. Revise the policies as per the statutory norms, and communicate to all stakeholders. 6) Internal HR Systems: Implement an internal HR Management System and follow through. Required Skills and Personality Proven work experience as an Operations Manager or similar role Good knowledge of statutory compliances Hands-on experience with HR Systems Experience in designing compensation and benefits packages Ability to create clear and fair company policies Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities Should have good verbal as well as non-verbal communication skills Should possess excellent People Management Skills Should be very Agile and ready to learn in order to perform the job Strong attention to details even under pressure Required Candidate profile Profile with software development or testing background is preferable PMO candidates with good exposure to recruitment can also apply
