Position: HR Business Partner & TA, Mumbai
Department: Human Resources | Role: Full-time | Experience: 8 to 12 Years | Number of Positions: 1 | Location: MumbaiSkillset:HR Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, Performance Measurement, Stakeholder Management, Excellent English Communication SkillsJob Description:Duties & responsibilities:What this job involves• Being responsible for the employee life cycle management for all employees in the Mumbai office, around 150 headcount.• End to End recruitment for Mumbai business service lines and support functions from sourcing to exit, including support for critical pan India hires as and when needed.• Custodian for maintaining employee relations through regular 1-1 and team connect• Implementing periodic employee engagement activities for all service lines/teams• Liaising with Service Line Heads as a Business Partner and suggesting interventions for business efficiency.• Supporting business in recruitment, competition, mapping, retention, training need analysis, etc. as and when needed.• Being a strong partner and advisor to the business on all HR related matters• Resolving employee issues and conducting through investigations where requiredTo apply one must have:Key skills Written and Oral communication expertise, leadership communications exposure, MS Excel/ MS Suite, Collaboration and People Mgmt. skills.Eligibility Criteria:• Prior Experience in HR business partnering role and Recruitment• Good knowledge of HR related metrics and leveraging data driven insights/ dashboarding.• Solid track record of building relationships with senior stakeholders• Strong communications, negotiation and influencing skills• Post-graduate from a premium institute with HR specialization preferred• 8-12 years of relevant work experience• Any related independent projects undertaken can be highlightedKey Stakeholders: TA team, HRBPs, Consultants, Business leaders and City Leads, other external vendors, City MDAdditional Information:Reporting to: Chief People OfficerLocation: Lower Parel, MumbaiTeam size to be handled: 150 approx.Required Qualification:Graduate.
