This Position Reports To Lead Business Area Manager Your Role And Responsibilities In this role, you will be responsible of HR Functional performance for the Market and Sales Team. This includes driving the overall HR contribution, translating business goals into HR priorities and ensuring effective implementation of the HR processes. At the same time you are part of global division HR network supporting HR key priorities/initiatives. Your ambition is to support business competitiveness for the Motion Market and Sales Team and growth by actively creating and driving talent management agenda and processes together with business management. The work model for the role is: Onsite This role is contributing to the Motion Business Area based out in Bangalore. You Will Be Mainly Accountable For Working closely with local leadership team to understand business drivers, current and long-term strategy, and identifying opportunities for HR to add value to the business. Ensuring capability building and development actions are in place to support business strategy, identifying people capabilities and learning opportunities for people development and growth. Driving strategic and systematic leadership development, fostering good leadership culture for the organization along with providing timely support, sharing expertise and coaching for line managers about HR practices, processes and policies (hire to retire -processes, recruitments, compensation, labor law & collective agreements, talent management, HR systems & tools, wellbeing & occupational health, global mobility) in partnership with other HR experts locally and globally. Qualifications For The Role A Bachelor’s degree or Master's degree in Human Resource Management or Equivalent. You should have 8 years of experience working as an HRBP. Broad HR functional knowledge and having a business-oriented and dynamic approach in managing HR topics. A strategic mindset and passion to drive results through people with strong background of leading HR agenda and change successfully A capability to communicate openly, understand different perspectives, be objective and find common ground Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.
