Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team in the Management Consulting industry. The ideal candidate will have 13 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies to support business objectives.
Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including employees, management, and external partners.
Provide guidance on HR-related matters, such as talent management, employee engagement, and performance management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement initiatives.
Analyze data and metrics to inform HR decisions and measure program effectiveness.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role in a finance or outsourcing firm.
Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
Experience with HR information systems (HRIS) and other relevant software applications.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
