Financial Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor

  cash flow statements (CF)

  for all projects tracking inflows, outflows, and forecasting future requirements.
• Assist in

  financial planning and capital allocation

  across projects to ensure optimal fund utilization.
• Coordinate with the accountant for

  monthly MIS, demand letters, and collection tracking

  . Prepare those if need be.
• Analyse

  project cost-to-completion, margins, and funding gaps

  , and report actionable insights to the Director.
• Prepare

  fund flow projections

  , banking documentation, and support finance-related correspondence.
• Generate periodic

  financial dashboards and variance analysis

  for management decision-making.
• Support in

  budget preparation, sensitivity analysis, and ROI evaluation

  for new project investments.
• Maintain close coordination with site teams and management for

  cash flow planning

  and

  bank drawdowns

  .
• Ensure

  data accuracy and financial hygiene

  within Tally ERP and Excel-based models.
• Liaise with auditors, bankers, and external consultants when required.

Requirements

• Strong

  commerce/finance background

  with sound understanding of accounting principles.
• Proficiency in

  Tally ERP

  ,

  MS Excel (advanced)

  , and comfort with financial modelling.
• Prior experience in

  real estate finance, project accounting, or construction MIS

  will be preferred.
• Excellent numerical ability, analytical mindset, and communication skills.
  
• Ability to work independently, think critically, and present financial insights in a structured manner.
