Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Sales Ownership

• Manage the full sales lifecycle: lead generation, client meetings, negotiations, documentation, and post-sale follow-ups.
• Coordinate project handovers in collaboration with the site and legal teams.

Sales Strategy & Planning

• Create and execute sales plans aligned with project timelines and business targets.
• Monitor performance against goals and adjust strategies where needed.

Channel Partner Development

• Build, maintain, and grow a strong network of real estate agents and channel partners.
• Conduct regular meets and training sessions to keep them engaged.

Client Engagement & Relationship Management

• Deliver a seamless, personalised client experience from first touch point to handover.
• Address queries, provide property solutions, and ensure transparency throughout.

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with marketing for lead quality, legal for documentation, and site teams for client visits and handovers.

Data-Driven Decision Making

• Analyse sales reports, market trends, and customer feedback to improve conversion rates.

Negotiation & Deal Closure

• Confidently handle pricing discussions, upsell opportunities, and final closures.

Compliance & Documentation

• Ensure all transactions meet legal, contractual, and RERA compliance standards.

Presentations & Site Visits

• Deliver engaging presentations tailored to different buyer profiles.
• Host impactful site visits that bring the project vision to life.
