Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Business Partner, located in Mumbai. The HR Business Partner will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, and overseeing performance management processes. This role involves collaborating with various departments to align HR strategies with business objectives and providing guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters.

Qualifications

• HR Policies and Human Resources (HR) expertise
• Experience with Employee Relations and Labor and Employment Law
• Proficiency in Performance Management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and proactively
• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Should have experience in Private Ltd Company.
• Should possess Entire Compliance knowledge
