HR Business Partner

As a Human Resource Business Partner at Celeckt, you will play a vital role in overseeing all aspects of Human Resource practices and processes to support organizational goals. Your responsibilities will include: - Administering the employee details, including Attendance and Leaves - Responsible for sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for open positions - Conducting negotiation calls with candidates to ensure fitment with the client's salary offer - Supporting employees in a smooth onboarding and documentation process - Conducting Induction presentations for new joiners on their day of joining - Visiting client sites to establish trust and rapport with employees to enhance employee satisfaction - Preparing and delivering behavioral training on diverse topics for client employees - Coordinating with clients for day-to-day queries and providing requested data if required - Reviewing company policies regularly and creating awareness and adherence - Conducting and participating in employer-employee meetings related to the employee life cycle - Addressing employee grievances and providing robust solutions for quick resolutions - Supporting employees in a smooth exit process by conducting Exit Interviews Skills Required: - Excellent communication skills - Ability to develop and design creative training modules - Good time management and organizational skills - Ability to listen to employee queries and provide robust solutions - Basic knowledge of MS Office to manage the company dashboard - Ability to maintain data confidentiality To be eligible for this role, you should have an MBA(HR)/B.Com/BBA/Eco (Hons) Graduate qualification.
