Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment Support:

  Actively assist in the hiring process, including candidate sourcing, resume shortlisting, and coordinating interviews.

• HR Administration & Compliance:

  Maintain meticulous employee records, HR documentation, and compliance data.

• Payroll & Reporting:

  Support the payroll process and assist with essential statutory reporting requirements.

• Employee Lifecycle:

  Coordinate smooth onboarding, comprehensive orientation, and professional exit formalities.

• Policy Development:

  Contribute to the development and implementation of effective HR policies and procedures.

• General Support:

  Provide reliable, day-to-day HR and administrative assistance to both employees and management.

Required Qualifications

• Education:

  Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field.

• Experience:

  0–1 year of experience preferred.

  Basic understanding of core HR operations, compliance requirements, and statutory guidelines.
