Job Description

HR Associate (People & Culture) – Roles and Responsibilities

As an HR Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of HR processes across the employee lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include preparing draft documents, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless HR operations. All deliverables will be reviewed and finalized by the HR Assistant Manager, with support and guidance from the Chief of Staff where required

Key Responsibilities

Payroll & HR Operations

· Prepare the first draft of the monthly payroll, leave tracker and expense sheet for review by the Assistant Manager

· Maintain and update HR MIS reports on a regular basis

· Prepare draft FnFs for employees separating from the firm

· Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle

· Draft offer letters, appointment letters for review.

· Coordinate with the IT team to ensure laptop readiness and email ID creation before onboarding

· Collect hardcopy documents from all new joiners and ensure completeness of employee files

· Add new employees to the HRMS (Keka) and update their details

· Support induction sessions and buddy allocation process

· Assist in scheduling and documenting probation review calls

· Flag trainee-related matters (exam leave, articleship completion, extensions) to the Assistant Manager, along with advance projections (3–4 months)

ICAI Compliance & Formalities

· Registering trainees and CAs on the ICAI portal.

· Updating records of available seats under each Partner.

· Handling formalities for onboarding and relieving of Articles

· Employee Engagement & Support

· Support in planning and execution of Learning & Development (L&D) programs.

· Assist in preparation and logistics for firm events, including offsites.

· Coordinate with internal teams for employee engagement initiatives

Documentation and Reporting

· Prepare draft reports, trackers, and summaries for HR processes.

· Ensure timely circulation of updated trackers (leave, trainee projections, MIS).

· Provide operational support to the Assistant Manager and Chief of Staff as needed

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
