This opening is only applicable to people residing in KOLKATA or willing to relocate. We are only looking for 2 people to fill this role. It requires 1-3 of relevant experience. This opportunity is open both to Male and Female candidates.

The ideal candidate will assist with various HR functions such as recruitment, employee onboarding, payroll processing, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. The HR Executive will play a key role in maintaining a productive and positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

Minimum Bachelor s degree in Human Resource Management, MBA/PGDM, Postgraduate Diploma in HR (preferred) required.
Extra certifications that are relevant are beneficial.

Responsibilities -

Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes (screening resumes, scheduling interviews, onboarding).
Coordinate HR projects such as meetings, training sessions, and surveys.
Support the payroll process by collecting timesheet data and coordinating with the finance team.
Assist with employee engagement initiatives and internal communication.
Prepare HR reports and presentations as needed.
Handle employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
