Role OverviewWe are looking for an Assistant HR to support end-to-end recruitment and HR operations. The role requires someone proactive, organized, and enthusiastic about talent acquisition, onboarding, and compliance. You will work closely with the recruitment team and department heads to ensure smooth hiring and employee integration. Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment Support Draft and post job advertisements across job portals and social media. Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and coordinate interview schedules. Conduct initial screenings and communicate with candidates. Candidate Management Maintain candidate database and recruitment metrics. Document candidate interactions and feedback. Build talent pipelines for future hiring needs. Onboarding Assistance Prepare offer letters, contracts, and HR documents. Support smooth onboarding and induction processes. Collaboration & Reporting Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs. Prepare recruitment reports and update stakeholders. Compliance & Documentation Ensure adherence to policies, diversity initiatives, and employment laws. Maintain HR files and employee records. Employer Branding Support career fairs, recruitment events, and branding initiatives.
