Job Title: HR Executive / HR Generalist

HR Executive

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

Handle hiring requirements across departments
Screen, interview, and coordinate candidate selection
Prepare offer letters and complete onboarding formalities

Performance & Employee Management

Create and implement for all roles
Monitor employee performance against assigned KPIs
Initiate and manage
Performance Improvement Plans (PIP)
for underperforming employees
Recommend confirmation, role change, or replacement based on performance and eligibility

Attendance & Leave Management

Maintain daily attendance records
Track leaves, permissions, and late logins
Ensure adherence to company attendance policies

Payroll & Statutory Compliance

Assist in salary calculation and payroll coordination
Manage
PF, ESI
, and other statutory compliances
Maintain employee records and documentation

Discipline & Policy Enforcement

Ensure discipline and professional conduct in the office
Implement HR policies, rules, and procedures
Address employee concerns and maintain workplace ethics

Requirements

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, MBA (HR preferred)
Strong understanding of HR operations, labor laws, PF & ESI
Ability to handle sensitive situations professionally
Good communication, documentation, and coordination skills
Proactive, firm, and process-oriented approach

Preferred Skills

Experience in handling PIP and performance reviews
Knowledge of payroll software / HRMS
Ability to independently manage HR operations
