Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for HR operations, recruitment and selection, performance management, joining formalities, documentation/filing, and training & development. Key Responsibilities: - Drafting various letters such as Offer Letter, Appointment Letter, Confirmation Letter, Experience Letter, etc. - Updating and maintaining the employee database in a timely manner. - Coordinating with different departments to understand their requirements, define job positions, and conduct talent acquisition, selection, and induction processes. - Resourcing, screening, and shortlisting resumes through various channels, and organizing interviews in coordination with department heads. - Completing joining formalities and conducting induction programs for new employees. - Engaging employees through initiatives like festive day celebrations and birthday celebrations. - Identifying training needs, nominating candidates for training, scheduling and arranging training sessions, and coordinating with trainers. Qualification Required: - Age group between 25 to 35, open to both male and female candidates. - Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience. - Graduation with an H.R specialization. - Proficiency in English speaking and writing.,
