Job Description

HR Assistant Manager

What You'll Do:

  • Handle queries of employees (New Hires, Existing, and Exit Employees).
  • Ensure

    Statutory Compliance

    (i.e., PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus, etc.).
  • Manage

    Leave and Attendance

    , including preparing monthly attendance files for payroll inputs.
  • Handle the entire

    Employee Benefits

    administration.
  • Provide Full & Final (FF) Inputs to payroll (i.e., Exit Cases, Relieving, etc.).
  • Manage the

    Exit Process

    , covering the end-to-end offboarding procedure.
  • Oversee the

    Full and Final Settlement Process

    .

What You Know:

  • Experience in HR in a reputed organization.
  • Proficiency in handling the complete

    Employee Life Cycle Management

    .
  • Ability to communicate and explain the organization's HR policies to employees.
  • Experience handling entire

    Payroll Management System and Leave Management System

    .
  • HRIS Database management:

    Maintain up-to-date information on transfers, compensation, terminations, mapping updates, and organizational changes.
  • Ability to think about

    Process improvement and automation of activities

    for better efficiency.
  • Experience in handling

    Internal and External Audits

    .
  • Experience handling

    Performance Management System

    .
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; excellent skills in written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting objectives.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Applications, or a related field.
