Job Summary:

The HR Assistant Manager will execute daily HR operations, recruitment activities, employee documentation, attendance management, and general administrative duties. The role involves ensuring smooth HR processes and assisting in maintaining an efficient and professional work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding:

  • Posting job vacancies on various job portals and social media platforms.
  • Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with candidates.
  • Prepare and maintain joining documents, employee files, and induction formalities.

2. Attendance & Leave Management:

  • Maintain daily attendance records and update leave data.
  • Coordinate with departments to ensure accurate attendance reporting.
  • Support payroll processing by sharing attendance details.

3. Employee Records & Documentation:

  • Maintain and update employee personal files and HR databases.
  • Prepare letters such as offer letters, appointment letters, and experience certificates.
  • Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of employee data.

4. HR Operations & Compliance:

  • Prepare HR-related policies and procedures.
  • Maintain compliance activities such as ESI, PF, and other statutory requirements.
  • Organize training sessions, meetings, and employee engagement activities.

5. Administrative Support:

  • Handle general office coordination, filing, and communication.
  • Provide assistance in day-to-day office and HR administration tasks.
  • Coordinate with vendors, staff, and management as required.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Qualification: Masters Degree in Human Resources.
  • Experience: 3–5 years with good communication skills.
  • Knowledge of HR processes, MS Office, and documentation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and attention to detail.
