Responsibilities Operate and maintain tool polishing machines, ensuring optimal performance and safety standards. Follow detailed work instructions to polish tools to specified dimensions and surface finish. Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy, documenting any discrepancies. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving equipment issues under the guidance of seniors. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and company policies. Required and Preferred Qualifications Required: High school, diploma or equivalent. Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Preferred: Previous experience in a manufacturing environment. Familiarity with polishing tools and machinery.
