Job Description

Role Overview We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Tool Polishing Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team at Shani Corporation Limited. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the quality and precision of our tools through effective polishing and finishing processes. This position is ideal for someone who is eager to learn and grow within the manufacturing industry. Responsibilities Operate and maintain tool polishing machines, ensuring optimal performance and safety standards. Follow detailed work instructions to polish tools to specified dimensions and surface finish. Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy, documenting any discrepancies. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving equipment issues under the guidance of seniors. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and company policies. Required and Preferred Qualifications Required: High school, diploma or equivalent. Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Preferred: Previous experience in a manufacturing environment. Familiarity with polishing tools and machinery. Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies Understanding of polishing techniques and processes. Basic knowledge of machine operation and maintenance. Proficiency in using measuring tools such as vernier calliper and gauges. Soft Skills and Cultural Fit Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team. Proactive attitude towards problem-solving and continuous improvement. Desire to learn and adapt in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
