Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced HR Assistant Manager to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in the field.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and coordinate recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide guidance on the selection process.
Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to ensure the best fit for each role.
Maintain accurate records and reports of recruitment activities and results.
Provide support and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of recruitment principles and practices, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other recruitment software applications.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
