As an HR Executive at Enerture, you will play a key role in managing various HR functions to ensure a positive work culture and employee engagement. Your responsibilities will include: - Manage end-to-end recruitment processes such as job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, and offer rollouts. - Coordinate smooth onboarding processes for new hires. - Plan and execute employee engagement activities to foster a positive work environment. - Address employee grievances and concerns while upholding a constructive work environment. - Maintain and update employee records in compliance with regulatory requirements. - Ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures. - Draft, update, and implement HR policies as needed. - Assist in the performance appraisal process and support managers in addressing performance-related issues. - Prepare and maintain HR reports on turnover, attendance, and recruitment status. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - 2-3 years of proven experience in HR roles, preferably in a corporate setting. - Strong understanding of HR functions and labor laws. - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
