HR Assistant

As an HR Manager, your role will involve planning, coordinating, and directing the HR department's routine functions. You will oversee the recruitment process, including interviewing and hiring new staff. Additionally, you will provide training and development opportunities to employees to enhance their skills and performance. Key Responsibilities: - Manage employee relations to build positive relationships and improve satisfaction, retention, and productivity. - Implement performance management strategies and succession planning. - Maintain company culture and ensure a safe work environment. - Handle disciplinary actions when necessary. - Consult with executives on strategic planning to align HR goals with overall company objectives. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree is preferred. - Previous experience in HR management or related field. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
