We are hiring an HR Assistant to support our HR team in day-to-day activities. The role involves visiting retail stores, interacting with employees, and assisting with recruitment work. This position is suitable for fresh MBA HR graduates or candidates with basic HR experience who are looking to build a career in HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit retail stores and interact with employees to understand HR-related concerns
Support employees with basic HR queries such as attendance, leave, and policies
Assist in end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordination
Help with joining formalities, documentation, and employee records
Support onboarding and induction of new employees
Coordinate between store teams and the HR department
Maintain HR files and reports
Assist with day-to-day HR administrative work

Eligibility & Requirements:

MBA in HR or completion of an HR-related course
6 months- 1 year experience in HR or recruitment (freshers can apply)
Willingness to travel
Good communication and people-handling skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email)

Exposure to retail HR or field HR is an added advantage
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet timelines
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
