Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Human Resources Responsibilities: Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records. Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and filed. Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system. Assist in organizing employee training, performance evaluations, and development programs. Assist with payroll processing and maintain employee attendance records. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements in relation to HR functions. Help in managing employee benefits programs (e.g., health insurance, leave management, etc.). Handle employee queries and concerns regarding HR-related issues. Assist with employee engagement activities, events, and initiatives. Office Administration Responsibilities: Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a clean, organized, and efficient workspace. Manage office supplies inventory, ordering and replenishing stock as needed. Answer and direct phone calls, handle incoming mail, and respond to emails. Coordinate meetings, schedule appointments, and arrange travel itineraries for team members. Assist in preparing office-related documents, reports, and presentations. Act as the point of contact for visitors and clients. Maintain office equipment, ensuring regular maintenance and functionality. Assist with administrative duties for other departments as needed.
