Key Responsibilities : Develop, manage, and optimize Facebook and Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Video, and Retargeting) tailored to real estate lead generation. Conduct thorough market research and audience segmentation to identify targeting opportunities. Write compelling ad copies and collaborate with the creative team for impactful ad visuals and videos. Track, analyze, and report campaign performance metrics including CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversions. Implement A/B testing strategies for ad creatives, headlines, landing pages, and audience targeting. Set up and manage pixel tracking, conversion events, and retargeting funnels. Stay updated with the latest advertising trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes. Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure lead quality and alignment with sales objectives. Optimize ad spend and allocate budgets effectively to maximize ROI. Maintain dashboards and performance reports for weekly/monthly reviews.
