Job Description

HR and Admin Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates.
Handle employee lifecycle management including attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and documentation.
Develop and implement HR policies ensuring compliance with labor laws and company standards.
Manage employee relations, grievance redressal, and foster a positive work environment.
Oversee facility management, including office maintenance, vendor management, and coordination of office supplies.
Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
Maintain accurate HR records and generate regular reports for management.
Assist in various administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of HR management practices and recruitment techniques.
Experience in facility and vendor management.
Good understanding of labor laws and compliance requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools.

Preferred Industry:

Candidates with experience in the
Construction
sector will be given preference.

Qualifications:

Graduate in any discipline (MBA in HR or related field preferred).
