Job Description

Role:

Location- Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Gurugram

Shift Timings- 2 PM to 11 PM

Experience- 3 to 5 years

Skills :-

Note: this is a contract to hire model with 6 months of EY payrol deployed in client company

Recruitment & Onboarding

Manage job postings and applicant tracking.
Schedule interviews across time zones and coordinate with hiring managers.
Support new hire onboarding by preparing materials, collecting documents, and arranging IT/logistics access.

Employee Lifecycle Support

Maintain accurate employee records and digital files.
Act as the first point of contact for employee queries on HR policies and benefits.

Learning & Development

Upload training content and track completions via the Cornerstone platform.
Prepare training reports and coordinate bi-monthly L&D communication to staff.

HR Operations & Admin

Manage calendar for P&T Director.
Organize and maintain digital filing systems and document version control.

Reporting & Analytics

Generate reports on employee attendance, holidays, and sickness.

This may be the right role for you if you have.

5-7 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in a multinational or UK-based environment.
Strong knowledge of Hire-to-Retire processes.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in HRIS tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working with remote teams is a plus.
Preferred: Exposure to working with TA and L&D Teams.
