Reach us at hr@ohhpro.com. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Administrator located in Bhubaneswar. The HR Administrator will be responsible for 1. managing daily HR tasks, which include employee onboarding, maintaining employee records, payroll processing, handling employee grievances, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. 2. Additionally, the HR Administrator will coordinate recruitment activities, manage performance reviews, and support the HR team in various administrative tasks. 3. Needs to interact with the clients, helps in onboarding, mantain their details and resolve the queries and adress the concerns. Qualifications Proficiency in Client relationship management Experience in payroll processing and handling employee recordsStrong understanding of labor laws and regulationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage recruitment processes and onboarding activitiesStrong organizational and administrative skillsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldPrior experience in an HR role is an advantage
