Our user-friendly software caters to residents, society admins, committee members, and security staff, offering features such as unit management, visitor tracking, home services, emergency management, and community connections. Our platform ensures a secure and efficient living environment by incorporating e-intercom, maintenance tracking, and online payments. Based in Bhubaneswar, we also serve Bangalore and Pune, with plans to expand to more cities soon. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations cum CR Executive located in Bhubaneswar. The daily tasks include managing operational processes, supporting customer relations, coordinating between different departments, handling sales inquiries, and assisting with project management activities. The role requires interaction with residents, society admin, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient operations within the housing societies managed by Ohhpro Junction. Key Responsibilities: Assist in day-to-day operational activities and ensure smooth internal coordination. Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries and ensure timely resolution. Maintain and update customer records and operational logs. Coordinate between different departments to facilitate seamless project execution. Help prepare reports, presentations, and documentation related to client servicing and operations. Follow up with clients for feedback, support queries, and satisfaction surveys. Support CRM tools and contribute to customer engagement strategies. Handle basic administrative duties as assigned by the Seniors. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills and Operations Management Excellent Communication skills and experience in Sales Project Management abilities Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team Proficiency in using management software and tools Relevant certifications or a degree in a related field is a plus Ability to work on-site in Bhubaneswar Show more Show less
