Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and organized HR Administration Manager to oversee the efficient functioning of our office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing HR Administrative tasks, Recruitment, Compliance, Employee Benefits and ensuring a productive and well-organized work environment. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously. NOTE: THIS POST IS ONLY FOR FEMALES, Key Responsibilities: Human Resources Task: - Recruitment & Staffing 1. On boarding new employees 2. Conducting interviews and shortlisting candidates HR Policies & Compliance- 1. Ensuring compliance with labour laws and company policies 2. Handling disciplinary actions and termination processes 3. Handle the labour Compliance- White Collar and Blue Collar Job 4. Handle the State Wise Labour Compliance Forms. 5. Have a Knowledge of WC, CAR, CLRA and BOCW Policies. 6. Have a Knowledge of Bank Guarantee and Bank Related work. Payroll & Benefits Administration- 1. Overseeing salary processing and attendance tracking 2. Managing leave records, insurance, and other benefits 3. Ensuring timely and accurate payroll disbursement 4. Knowledge of PF, ESIC, Professional Tax and other benefits HR Reporting & Analytics 1. Maintaining HR records and databases 2. Record keeping for All employees 3. Generating reports related to turnover, absenteeism, etc. 4. Using data to improve HR strategies and planning 5. Enhancing employee engagement and retention strategies 6. Handle office correspondence, including emails, memos, and letters. 7. Knowledge of Tenders Administration Task 1. Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and liaising with suppliers. 2. Coordinate administrative procedures and systems, such as recordkeeping, document management, and office maintenance. 3. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages. 4. Assist in organizing and scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff and management. 5. Maintain databases and filing systems, ensuring accuracy and accessibility of information. 6. Provide administrative support to various departments as needed. 7. Uphold confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information. Qualifications: A Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field is preferred. Experience: 5-10 years of experience in a Human Resource Management role. Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
