Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated HR & Admin Intern to support our Human Resources and Administrative functions. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in HR operations and office administration within the financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with recruitment tasks: job postings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.

Help maintain employee records and update the HR database.

Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires.

Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and internal communication.

Help manage calendars, and support daily office operations.

Assist in documentation, filing, and handling correspondence.

What We’re Looking For:

Undergraduates/Recent graduates.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Eagerness to learn and take initiative.
