Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR & Admin Intern with 3–6 months of prior experience (internship or fresher-level) to support day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks at our Jaipur office. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, proactive, and possess strong organizational and communication skills.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews)
  • Maintain employee records and assist in onboarding and documentation
  • Support HR team in organizing employee engagement activities
  • Coordinate with new hires for joining formalities
  • Help in drafting HR letters, maintaining HR files and reports
  • Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors
  • Assist in day-to-day administrative operations of the office
  • Ensure timely communication and coordination across departments

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or pursuing graduation/post-graduation (in HR/Management preferred)
  • 3 to 6 months of internship or work experience in HR/Admin
  • Basic understanding of HR processes and office management
  • Good communication skills in English and Hindi
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Based in Jaipur or willing to relocate
