Job Description

HR Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end recruitment including job posting, shortlisting, interviews, and onboarding. Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HRIS. Support performance appraisal processes and employee evaluations. Draft and implement HR policies, procedures, and ensure compliance with labor laws. Coordinate payroll inputs, manage leave records, and administer employee benefits. Organize employee engagement initiatives and internal communication. Admin Responsibilities: Oversee general office administration, vendor coordination, and facility management. Manage travel bookings, office supplies, asset tracking, and logistics. Maintain and organize company documentation (contracts, licenses, legal files). Ensure smooth execution of internal meetings and company events. Supervise office support staff (housekeeping, front desk, courier, etc.). Handle EPF (Employee Provident Fund) and ESIC (Employee State Insurance) registrations, monthly filings, and related compliance. Liaise with statutory bodies and consultants for labor law compliance and inspections.
