HR & Admin Executive

Following shall be your work:

Human Resources

• End-to-end recruitment (sourcing, interviewing, onboarding)
• Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with company policies
• Support in employee engagement and appraisal processes
• Assist in drafting HR policies and employee handbook updates
• Handle Complaints, Legal matters along with Lawyer
• Any HR related work not mentioned here.

Administration

• Office management: supplies, housekeeping, vendor handling
• Maintain attendance, leave records, and petty cash
• Coordinate internal meetings, events, and training sessions
• Support in maintaining a professional and positive office environment
• Any Admin related work not mentioned here.

Executive Assistant

• Manage calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel for the Director
• Draft and handle professional communication, minutes, and presentations
• Follow up on action items and deadlines
• Act as a liaison between leadership and internal/external stakeholders
• Any EA related work not mentioned here.
• Competitor Analysis
• Exploitation of Linkedin
• Engaging high end leads on behalf of Director.
• Knowledge of writing Emails and scheduling them.
• Knowledge of AI tools which help in EA work.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
