Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and organized HR & Admin Executive with experience in both HR operations and tender coordination. This hybrid role requires someone who can efficiently handle day-to-day HR/admin duties while also supporting the preparation and submission of tender documents.

Key Responsibilities:HR & Admin Duties:

  • Manage employee onboarding, exit formalities, and maintain personnel records.
  • Handle leave management, attendance, and employee database updates.
  • Assist with recruitment, job postings, and interview scheduling.
  • Support payroll inputs by collating relevant data.
  • Organize employee engagement activities and manage internal communications.
  • Maintain office supplies, coordinate with vendors, and handle general office administration.

Tender Coordination:

  • Assist in identifying relevant tenders through online portals and official websites.
  • Prepare, format, and organize tender documents as per RFP/RFQ/RFIs.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (technical, finance, legal) to collect required documents.
  • Ensure all tender documentation is complete, accurate, and submitted before deadlines.
  • Maintain a tracker of submitted tenders, status, and follow-up requirements.
  • Handle filing (physical and digital) of all tender-related paperwork for audit purposes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in HR/Admin with exposure to government/commercial tenders.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Word, Excel, and PDF tools).
  • Good understanding of government or public sector tendering process (preferred).
  • High attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹36,858.07 per month
