Job Description

You will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, and compliance in a dynamic IT environment. Your key responsibilities will include handling end-to-end IT recruitment & onboarding, driving employee engagement and retention initiatives, supporting performance management and training programs, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in HR or a related field, prior experience in the IT/Tech industry is preferred. Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and proficiency in HRMS are essential. This is a full-time position with benefits including Provident Fund. The work schedule is during the day shift. The ability to commute or relocate to Ernakulam, Kerala is required. As part of the application process, we would like to know your expected salary per month and your current salary per month.
