HR & Admin Executive

You will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, and compliance in a dynamic IT environment. Your key responsibilities will include handling end-to-end IT recruitment & onboarding, driving employee engagement and retention initiatives, supporting performance management and training programs, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in HR or a related field, prior experience in the IT/Tech industry is preferred. Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and proficiency in HRMS are essential. This is a full-time position with benefits including Provident Fund. The work schedule is during the day shift.
