Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive HR professional to manage recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, and compliance in a dynamic IT environment.
Key Responsibilities
· Handle end-to-end IT recruitment & onboarding
· Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives
· Manage payroll coordination, attendance, and HRMS
· Support performance management and training programs
· Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Requirements
· Degree in HR or related field
· Prior experience in IT/Tech industry preferred
