Job Description

Handle end-to-end recruitment for creative, digital, and marketing roles (job posting, screening, interviews, onboarding).
Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.
Assist in preparing monthly payroll data and coordinating with accounts for salary disbursement.
Manage employee performance tracking and support appraisal processes.
Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities and team events.
Handle disciplinary actions, grievances, and ensure a professional work environment.
Ensure compliance with labour laws and company HR policies.
Oversee day-to-day office operations, including maintenance, supplies, and vendor management.
Manage travel arrangements, office logistics, and general administrative tasks.
Support the management in coordinating meetings, documentation, and communication.
Maintain confidentiality of HR and company information.
Ensure the office environment reflects the creative and professional ethos of the agency.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
