HR & Admin Executive

Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing job postings, sourcing candidates, and conducting interviews. Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and role requirements. Ensure a smooth onboarding process to integrate new hires into the company culture. You will also create and update company policies, such as attendance, dress code, and workplace conduct. Ensure the organization complies with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and employment standards. Oversee office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure smooth operations. Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and manage vendor relationships. Ensure the workspace is clean, organized, and safe for employees. Organize schedules, appointments, and meetings for executives and team members. Manage conference room bookings and coordinate meetings across departments. Prepare agendas and materials for meetings and take notes as needed.
