HR Admin Executive

We are looking for an experienced HR and Admin to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing all HR functions, as well as administrative tasks related to the smooth running of the office. Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures. Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job posting, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires. Maintain and update employee records, including contracts, attendance records, and performance evaluations. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters. Oversee payroll and benefits administration. Manage the office's day-to-day administrative functions, including transportation, work timing of employees, coordination between different departments, take care of maintenance of all machineries available. managing store and workshop, security of company, maintaining office supplies and equipment, day to day work in office. etc. Liaise with external vendors and service providers to ensure the smooth running of the office. Provide support to other departments as needed. Requirements: Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures, as well as labor laws and regulations. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
