Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Admin who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in various HR operations, including attendance maintenance, paysheet creation, bill rate generation, and client communication. This role involves coordinating with supervisors across multiple sites and managing backend HR operations effectively. Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate attendance records for employees. Create and manage paysheets, ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing. Generate bill rates and assist in invoicing processes. Utilize HRMS tools for efficient HR operations and data management. Manage NAPS ID, PF, and ESIC mapping for employees. Facilitate effective communication with clients regarding HR-related matters. Coordinate with supervisors across multiple sites to ensure smooth HR operations. Assist in various backend HR tasks related to recruitment, onboarding, and employee management. Update and maintain HRMS with employee information and changes. Skills and Qualifications:Proven experience in HR administration, preferably within the staffing industry. Strong knowledge of attendance systems, payroll processing, and invoicing. Proficiency in HRMS tools and software. Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and data analysis. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field(MBA in HR preferred) Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in HR administration or related roles.
